Christian's Wish to Walk

Ryan's Next Race

Press Release
August 2011

Check out Ryan on UCF TV Here: http://today.ucf.edu/video/animals-animals-everywhere/

Sept. 19, 2009
Luckiest Driver at the Sept. 19th race. Not much left of Ryan's front right wheel as he went into turn 3 on lap 12 of a 40 lap race. Three lug holes broke free leaving one lug holding the wheel on and that weld was cracked, had it fallen off he wouldn't have been able to stop and would have clobered the wall. He was driving over 110 mph before he slowed. Ryan was the fastest truck/car in the field.
July 3rd, 2009
Ryan managed to qualify 16 out of 18 while his right front shock was giving. The green flag flies and Ryan manages to get into 14th but were slow and need a caution to make adjustments and get faster. By Lap 40 we are being passed bythe number 1 car, at lap 65 we finally get our caution and pull in to the pit.

I qualified 8th after cutting a tire on 2nd lap, was rear ended into wall on 2nd lap, had 2 call it quits on 19th lap due 2 over heating

Finished 11th in June 19th race. Next Race June 26th 7:00 PM at Tri-County Speedway in NC
June 5th, 2009

We were rained out Fri night at Tri-County, so we took the same car to Hickory Sat night. We had some things to over come with Ryan's car, his motor being too powerful for the track and Ryan had not practice enough to learn the track in a late model stock car.

I cannot say having the fastest car in the last lap practice is a guarantee for a successful night of racing.
